Following the conclusion of Ash Ketchum and Pikachu’s journey, Pokémon Horizons: The Series introduces new protagonists Liko and Roy. Liko, a student from the Paldea region, carries a mysterious pendant and travels with her partner Pokémon, Sprigatito. Roy, a young trainer from Kanto, journeys alongside his Fuecoco. Together, they join the Rising Volt Tacklers group and uncover the secrets of Lucius and his legendary Pokémon Terapagos. Their adventure leads them across the Pokémon world, searching for the legendary Laqua Pokémon and encountering new friends, rivals, and challenges.
