Set on the fictional island of Tonakishima, Flower and Asura follows Hana Harukawa, a first-year student at Sumomogaoka High School, who possesses a unique storytelling ability. After impressing Mizuki Usurai, the president of the Broadcasting Club, with her narration skills, Hana is invited to join the club. Alongside her peers, including Natsue and Tōga, Hana embarks on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth through the art of storytelling.
